- About Me
I’m a Lecturer in the Lyon G. Tyler Department of History at the College of William & Mary and I’ve been the Interim Director of the National Institute of American History and Democracy (NIAHD) since December 2016.
NIAHD has a summer Pre-College Program for rising high school juniors and seniors as well as rising college freshmen as well as a Collegiate Program for William & Mary students who want to learn about Public History, Museums, Material Culture, and Early American History. Students from other colleges and universities can apply to spend either a semester or an academic year at William & Mary through NIAHD’s Semester in Residence Program.
