About Me

I am the founder and director of Girl Museum- the first museum in the world dedicated to the celebration of girlhood. We research and produce exhibition about girl culture and history.

Also I am currently a lecturer in Museum Studies at Massey University in New Zealand. My research involves representations of girls in museum in art and history exhibitions and collections. I am available to speak about children and girls in art, Gauguin and Degas, misogyny and #MeToo in art.
