- About Me
I have published several articles and books in the area of medieval devotional women’s culture, primarily in England, although sometimes extending to the Low Countries, Germany, and France. I am interested in the reading practices of medieval women, both religious women and laywomen, and how the Church supported or thwarted them in their activities. My most recent work has been on Catherine of Siena.
