I’m a PhD Student in African History at Indiana University- Bloomington. I hold a BA in History from Westminster College, SLC and a MA in History from Indiana University-Bloomington. My current dissertation research is on the history of humanitarianism, charity and social assistance in Senegal from the precolonial period into the twentieth century.
