- About Me
I am a PhD student in American History at the University of California, Irvine.
My research focuses on the LGBT rights movement in Orange County, California during the 1980s. I seek to understand the extent of LGBT activism in the area, and why it was forgotten. My research also focuses on the conservative backlash toward LGBT activism in Orange County, as well as the movement’s broader impacts on California, the US, and the LGBT community as a whole.
