I am a PhD student at Rutgers University studying female physicians in the nineteenth- and twentieth-century United States.
I received my BA in History from Vassar College in 2018 and wrote my undergraduate thesis on eugenics at Vassar in the 1930s. I was awarded the Sophia H. Chen Zen Memorial Prize for the best thesis in history as well as the Clyde and Sally Griffen Prize for excellence in American history.
