About Me

I am a public history doctoral student with twenty-plus years of broadcast journalism and media relations experience in the university, healthcare, and government arenas. Combining my strengths in communications with my love of history led me to a new career in public history study and practice. I have also taught journalism and am intrigued by how all three fields intersect and what can be learned when we pose questions in those intersections.
