I am currently a first year MPhil/PhD student with the Freeman Air and Space Institute (King’s College London) and the Royal Air Force Museum. My thesis is examining the influence of elite women on the R.A.F. and aviation in the interwar years.
I also hold an MA in Early Modern History from KCL, with my dissertation focusing on prescriptive ideals of masculinity in the seventeenth and early eighteenth century British Army. I also did my undergraduate degree in History at KCL, with my dissertation covering the use of the term ‘effeminacy’ in the early modern period.
