Dr. Halina Sapeha is a Research Associate/Senior Researcher at the Borders in Globalization (BiG) Lab at the University of Victoria’s Centre for Global Studies. At the BiG Lab, she leads collaborative and interdisciplinary research as part of the 21st Century Borders Grant and the Jean Monnet Network: Borders, Human-to-Military Security Database. She previously taught international law and politics at the University of British Columbia, Okanagan campus. Halina’s research interests include global governance, international security, international law, border disputes, and evidence-informed policy-making.
