Bethany G. AndersonĀ is the Natural and Applied Sciences Archivist and Assistant Professor in the University Archives, and PhD candidate in the Department of History at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where she is focusing on the history of anthropology. In her research, Bethany draws on anthropology, history of science, archival studies, and feminist theory. She holds a BA in Anthropology from the University of Michigan, an AM in Near Eastern Art and Archaeology from the University of Chicago, and a MS in Information Studies from the University of Texas at Austin.
