About Me

A writer, lecturer and fully qualified ARB registered architect with experience within a variety of sectors and across work stages. Currently undertaking a PhD in Architectural History at Newcastle University, investingating modes and networks of practice in relation to the post-war work of the London County Council Architect’s Department.

Previous research investigates the evolution of iconicism as an architectural language from first principles, as well as the parallels between architectural design and communication techniques, with a desire to reassert the legibility of architectural forms within society.
