About Me

I graduated from Texas A&M in 2019 with a PhD in History and a certificate in Women and Gender Studies. My research focuses on 19th & 20thC utopian communalism, social movements and gender studies. I am currently writing two books, one on women in Harmony Society, a 19thC community of German pietists; and a history of the 20thC San Francisco utopian community, Kerista. I am also the Book Review Editor for Communal Societies.
