- About Me
I am an art and architecture historian with a focus on art and architecture around 1900, more specifically from 1871-1945, and the current architectural and urban planning scene. I studied History of Art in a Global Context with a focus on Europe and America, Publication and Communication Studies, and German Philology. My PhD I received with a comprehensive monographic study of Bruno Schmitz, an architect between historicism and the beginning of modernism, which was published 2020. At last I worked as a research assistant in advanced training at the Neue Nationalgalerie of the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin. Now I am working at the Förderverein der Bundesstiftung Baukultur.
