About Me

I am the Eric and Jane Nord Chief Conservator at the Cleveland Museum of Art.  I recently earned my PhD in design history, decorative arts, and material culture at Bard Graduate Center. Previously, I was the head of the fashion conservation laboratory at the Costume Institute, Metropolitan Museum of Art and the textile conservator and assistant curator of fashion at the Cooper-Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum.
