- About Me
I am a scholar of Ancient Chinese Intellectual History, with a specialization in premodern manuscript culture. I was first trained in Chinese language at Ca’ Foscari University in Italy, with research periods in China and at Leiden University. I then moved to Philadelphia to begin my PhD in ancient Chinese studies, completed in Spring 2022.
As part of my outreach work, I collaborate with the Digital Orientalist, where I write about Old Chinese languages, ancient manuscripts, and online resources for their study.
Fun fact: if I were not a scholar, I’d like to pursue photography.
