I am an associate professor at the University of New Brunswick in Canada. I am also the Vice President of the North American Society for Intelligence History. I have been teaching courses on US foreign relations and the history of the CIA for almost twenty years. My first book was on US covert operations in the Truman Administration. I am presently working on a biography of John Paton and Patricia Grady Davies.
